Users may experience coolant codes being output from GibbsCAM in CAMplete, even if coolant is turned OFF in CAM. If a user experiences this problem, follow the instructions below to resolve this issue.
- Open CAMplete TruePath.
- In the Manage tab, select the Options button.
- Click on the File Types section in the User Preferences dialog, then click on the dropdown menu to select Generic APT.
- In the Additional Options section, click on APT - Only Store One Coolant Mode. Check the box to enable that function.
- Once that option has been checked, click Close to save the User Preferences.
Create a new project or reimport the .GCI file into CAMplete. You should no longer have coolant callouts for those specific toolpaths.
