Issue: FeatureCAM Premium can no longer be authorized and displays an error. 


If you are a current subscription customer and have been using FeatureCAM Premium, you may receive a system maintenance error when attempting to open FeatureCAM Premium.


Solution: Upgrade to FeatureCAM Ultimate via the Autodesk portal at manage.autodesk.com


  1. Sign in as the Primary or Secondary Admin at manage.autodesk.com
  2. Verify that the user attempting to launch FeatureCAM has been assigned access and is also signed in to the Autodesk Desktop App. 
  3. Navigate to "All Products & Services" and click the download icon for "Fusion 360 with FeatureCAM"


After FeatureCAM Ultimate has been installed successfully, you may uninstall any previous version(s) of FeatureCAM Premium.
