Below instructions will help the user create a zip file that contains the necessary files for troubleshooting.


  • Click on Create Project Zip from the Manage tab.


  • The user will be prompt to save the current project. Answer Yes.
  • The Create Project Zip dialog will be displayed.


  • Enter contact details in the appropriate boxes.
  • Enter a description of the issue in the Comments box.
  • In the Data Files section, check ALL available boxes. *There may be more selections available than listed in the screenshot above.*
  • Click Create Package. This will prompt the user to select a location to save the zip file.


Send or upload the specified zip file to the requesting technical team member.
