Below instructions will help the user create a zip file that contains the necessary files for troubleshooting.
- Click on Create Project Zip from the Manage tab.
- The user will be prompt to save the current project. Answer Yes.
- The Create Project Zip dialog will be displayed.
- Enter contact details in the appropriate boxes.
- Enter a description of the issue in the Comments box.
- In the Data Files section, check ALL available boxes. *There may be more selections available than listed in the screenshot above.*
- Click Create Package. This will prompt the user to select a location to save the zip file.
Send or upload the specified zip file to the requesting technical team member.
