Creating a Backup Installation of TruePath

- Go to the Manage tab in CAMplete TruePath and click on Backup Installation.
- Once the Backup Install dialog opens, there is an option to extract specific files from CAMplete.
- By default, have every option checked and click on OK.
- A Save As dialog will open to save a .zip file of your backup.
- Once saved, place the files in a secure area and send the .zip file to support if requested.
