More than likely the update has caused your version of Office to update to the 64 bit version. FeatureCAM only works with the 32 bit version of office. You need to have the IT department force install the 32 bit version of office.
If the 32 bit version of Office is already running, then the IT department will have to follow the steps in the second part of this article. There have been instances where we had to manually redo the steps in the second part of this article after a Windows or Office update.
