- Navigate to www.Autodesk.com
- At the top-right of the webpage, click Sign in
- Sign in with your user account or admin credentials.
- Once signed in, click on your profile icon at the top-right of the webpage.
- Click Products and services. This will send you to your products page.
- Find the product that you would like to update. Click on product name.
Example: CAMplete TruePath - This will take you to the product page. Locate the Available downloads section to display the available updates for the specified software.
- Click Download on any listed update. Once the file has been downloaded, run the installer to update the software.
It’s usually best to use the Autodesk Access application to update Autodesk products. This will automatically show the user any available updates that are available on their computer. - Locate Autodesk Access. This application can either be found as a shortcut on your desktop, an icon in your taskbar, or by browsing your Start Menu. It is installed automatically with new Autodesk software.
If Autodesk Access is not installed, you can find it here. - When you open Autodesk Access, you will need to sign in for the first time. Use your Autodesk credentials to sign into the application.
- After signing in, any available update will be listed.
- To download and install a specific update, click on Update.
