Find out who is the contract manager in your company, and they will need to login to Autodesk Account - the site is https://manage.autodesk.com. Once signed in they can add your email as a user and assign you the Autodesk product and support rights. Below is a link with info on adding users and assigning products if you need it, it’s fairly straightforward once the contract manager logs in.
