How to share a license between multiple users

If you plan to share a license between multiple users, the license must be reassigned to the current user to stay in compliance of Autodesk's Terms of Use. Sharing a login (e.g. credential sharing) is a license compliance violation.

To reduce the administrative burden and prevent any logjams, we recommend providing end users with secondary admin access to the Autodesk management page using the steps below.

Sign in to manage.autodesk.com
From the top menu, click User Management
Click the arrow icon to the far right of the user's name
Click Change Role
Select Secondary Admin > click Save
Repeat steps 2-5 for the second user.
Once this is complete, the end users will follow the Assign a product to user instructions each time they need to use the software.
