Checking the status of your ticket

- To check the status of a ticket you have entered you will need to click on Check Ticket Status
- From here you will need to log in if you are not already logged in
- Enter the email address associated with the company and enter your password
- If you forgot your password click on the "Forgot your password" button
- You will also need to click on the "Forgot your password" button if this is your first time accessing the site
- If you get an error after you click on the "Forgot your password" button you will need to respond to the Activation email that was sent to you when the account was first created
- If you no longer have the Activation email or did not get one you can ask your sales agent for a new one to be sent to you
- This is sometimes necessary due to the activation email being sent to the spam or junk folder by the email server
